Norcros signs distribution deal with 3M
Norcros Adhesives, a division of the UK-based Norcros plc, is pioneering a move into high performance construction bonding systems by signing a nationwide distribution agreement with the international tapes and adhesives giant 3M.
Peter Barlow, managing director of Norcros Adhesives, comments: “Following lengthy development talks, we are delighted to announce a partnership with 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes. The 3M brand fits well with our company ethos; being renowned for quality, innovation and high performance.”
This market diversification underpins Peter Barlow’s innovative business approach and drive to further the company’s strategic development.
The construction division will be headed up by new recruit Kelvin Farrell, who joins Norcros Adhesives as business development manager. He brings nearly 25 years of experience within the industrial adhesives market, a highly skilled senior manager, he is tasked with a very rapid business development plan, a challenge which he is embracing.
Kelvin comments: “This is an exciting development for the company and I’m delighted to be a part of the next business development phase. Norcros Adhesives has a clear strategic vision and has proven to date that it is willing to invest to grow from strength to strength.”
The close working relationship with 3M allows the company to draw on additional expertise and resource from the world class manufacturer.
