Classical Flagstones extends team
Former semi-professional footballer and lead singer of cover band the Meetkets, Andrew Dawson, has been appointed as Classical Flagstones’ new area sales manager for mid-Wales through the Midlands – including Birmingham, Worcestershire, Leicester and East Anglia.
Andrew joins the team with over fifteen years’ experience in the tile sector, and says of his new role: “I am delighted to join the successful team at Classical Flagstones. I’ve always viewed them as head and shoulders above the competition in terms of quality and I am looking forward to playing a role in the continuing growth of the company.”
Earlier this year, the company announced a restructuring of their business to take full advantage of increasing levels of demand for their internal stone flooring and wall tile ranges. This has involved extending its distribution network to more retailers across the UK.
Managing director, Julian Palmer, says: “We are delighted to welcome Andrew on board at this particularly exciting time for the company. He will play a key role in expanding our retail network and encouraging the trade to take a look at our fantastic products.”
